摘要:
目的 评价冰黄肤乐软膏治疗银屑病的有效性和安全性。方法 计算机在CNKI、Wan Fang、VIP、CBM、PubMed、Cochrane Library、EMbase以及Web of Sciense 8个数据库系统中搜索冰黄肤乐软膏治疗银屑病的随机对照试验，在合理遴选文献并获得数据后，利用Review Manager 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果 纳入10项RCTs，共757例受试者，其中试验组394例，对照组363例。Meta分析结果表明：冰黄肤乐软膏联合常规治疗的皮损消退情况优于单用常规治疗[RR=1.68，95%CI（1.38，2.05），P＜0.000 01]；二者疗效指数有效率[RR=1.77，95%CI（0.90，3.49），P=0.10]、治疗后PASI评分相当[MD=0.09，95%CI（-0.30，0.48），P=0.65]；两组不良反应发生率[RR=0.94，95%CI（0.65，1.35），P=0.74]、复发率[RR=0.56，95%CI（0.27，1.16），P=0.12]比较，差异无统计学意义。结论 在常规治疗基础上加用冰黄肤乐软膏可有效减少银屑病患者皮损面积，减轻患者症状体征，但两者疗效指数有效率相当。同时还可减少药物刺激性，不会加重不良反应及复发率。
Abstract:
Objective To apprize the efficacy and safety of Binghuang Fule ointment in the treatment of psoriasis.Methods Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of Binghuang Fule ointment in the treatment of psoriasis were searched in 8 databases, including CNKI, Wan Fang, VIP, CBM, PubMed, Cochrane Library, EMbase and Web of Sciense. After the literature was reasonably selected and the data were obtained, Meta-analysis was performed using Review Manager 5.4 software.Results A total of 10 RCTs involving 757 subjects were included, including 394 subjects in the experimental group and 363 subjects in the control group. The results of Meta-analysis showed that the skin lesion regression of Binghuang Fule ointment combined with conventional treatment group was better than that of conventional treatment group [RR=1.68, 95%CI(1.38, 2.05), P<0.000 01]. The effective rate of efficacy index [RR=1.77, 95%CI(0.90, 3.49), P=0.10 ] and PASI score after treatment were comparable [MD=0.09, 95%CI(-0.30, 0.48), P=0.65]. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions [RR=0.94, 95%CI(0.65, 1.35), P=0.74] and recurrence rate [RR=0.56, 95%CI(0.27, 1.16), P=0.12] between the two groups.Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment, the use of Binghuang Fule ointment can effectively reduce the skin lesion area of patients with psoriasis and reduce the symptoms and signs, but the effective rate of the two efficacy indexes is equivalent. At the same time, it can also reduce drug irritation and will not aggravate adverse reactions and recurrence rates.
