摘要:
目的 对2011年以来国内以家庭医生服务满意度为主题的研究进行文献计量学与可视化分析。方法 以CNKI数据库为资料来源，采用高级检索模式，选定“主题字段”，设立检索条件为“家庭医生”AND“满意度”，纳入2011年1月1日-2022年2月28日符合标准的中文文献，采用Excel及CiteSpace对发文量、项目支持、研究热点进行统计处理与可视化分析。结果 共纳入347篇文献，分布于135种中文期刊。2019年以前每年发文量呈明显增长，近几年出现一定程度的下降趋势。发文单位累计480个，集中在上海、深圳、北京等地，其中38.96%为卫生服务中心或健康管理中心。关键词共现图谱显示，家庭医生（0.74）、满意度（0.27）、签约（0.26）、护理（0.1）、健康管理（0.07）等节点中介中心性最高。采用LLR方法进行聚类处理，得到糖尿病、全科医生、社区护理等8个聚类，组内一致性均较好。结论 国内不同地区间家庭医生责任制的发展差异不断缩小，以医护协作为核心、上下帮扶为特征的联动机制逐渐形成，且相关服务内容正得到细化和优化。
Abstract:
Objective To conduct a bibliometric and visual analysis of domestic research on family doctor service satisfaction since 2011.Methods Taking CNKI database as the data source, the advanced retrieval mode was adopted, and the "subject field" was selected. The retrieval conditions were set as "family doctor" and "satisfaction". The Chinese literatures that met the criteria from January 1,2011 to February 28,2022 were included. Excel and CiteSpace were used for statistical processing and visual analysis of the number of publications, project support and research hotspots.Results A total of 347 articles were included in 135 Chinese journals. Before 2019, the number of annual publications increased significantly, and there was a downward trend in recent years. A total of 480 institutions were issued, concentrated in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Beijing and other places, of which 38.96% were health service centers or health management centers. The keyword co-occurrence map showed that family doctors (0.74), satisfaction (0.27), contract signing (0.26), nursing (0.1), health management (0.07) and other nodes had the highest betweenness centrality. The LLR method was used for clustering processing, and 8 clusters such as diabetes, general practitioners, and community care were obtained, with good intra-group consistency.Conclusion The development differences in the family doctor responsibility system among different regions in China have been narrowing. Taking medical cooperation as the core, a linkage mechanism between higher and lower hospitals has been gradually formed. Besides, the relevant service content is being refined and optimized.
