摘要:
原发性肝细胞性肝癌是全球最常见的恶性肿瘤,因其具有较高的恶性程度、转移率、复发率和死亡率,对患者生存预后造成了严重影响。整合素参与众多肿瘤的生长、侵袭、转移和血管生成,逐渐成为研究肝癌的热门靶点。探索整合素在肝癌发病机制中的作用,利用整合素探针进行靶向诊断和治疗,可有效降低肝癌的死亡率。本文就整合素在肝癌中的作用机制进行综述,以期为肝癌的研究及治疗提供参考。
Abstract:
Primary hepatocellular carcinoma is the most common malignant tumor in the world. Because of its high malignancy, metastasis rate, recurrence rate and mortality, it has a serious impact on the survival and prognosis of patients. Integrin is involved in the growth, invasion, metastasis and angiogenesis of many tumors, and has gradually become a hot target for the study of liver cancer. Exploring the role of integrins in the pathogenesis of liver cancer and using integrin probes for targeted diagnosis and treatment can effectively reduce the mortality of liver cancer. This article reviews the mechanism of integrin in liver cancer, in order to provide reference for the research and treatment of liver cancer.
