摘要:
目前，全国陆续实行总额控制下按病种分值结算住院费用的结算办法。为了解按病种分值付费（DIP）对医院管理的影响，本文首先阐述按病种分值付费的定义，再从病案首页的填写质量、成本控制、医疗质量等方面对按病种分值付费对医院管理的影响进行分析，以期为下一步政府制定政策提供参考，也为医院及时调整管理模式和工作流程提供帮助。
Abstract:
At present, the country has successively implemented the settlement method of "settlement by disease points under the total control" of hospitalization expenses. In order to understand the impact of diagnosis-intervention packet (DIP) on hospital management, the article first expounds the definition of payment by disease points, and analyzes the impact of payment by disease points on hospital management from the aspects of filling quality, cost control, medical quality, etc. It also provides a reference for the hospital to adjust the management mode and workflow in a timely manner in order to better respond to and implement the policy.
