摘要:
目的 探究湘东地区农村生活饮用水微生物检测结果。方法 选取湘东地区2020年1月-2021年12月抽取的300份生活饮用水样品,均行微生物检测,并统计农村饮用水微生物指标合格率、不同供水方式(集中式、分散式)饮用水微生物指标合格率、不同供水方式各微生物指标(供水菌落总数、总大肠菌群、耐热大肠菌群)合格率。结果 2020年及2021年湘东地区农村饮用水微生物指标检测合格率分别为64.00%、68.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2020年、2021年分散式供水的微生物检验合格率与集中式供水的微生物检验合格率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2020年、2021年集中式供水的微生物检验中菌落总数、总大肠菌群、耐热大肠菌群的合格率均偏高,且2021年集中式供水与分散式供水的微生物检验中菌落总数、总大肠菌群、耐热大肠菌群合格率高于2020年(P<0.05)。结论 湘东地区生活饮用水水质整体状况较好,微生物指标检测良好,无严重的水体污染发生,但仍需政府、监管部门等加大力度对农村生活饮用水的管理和监督,提高水质,保障群众生活用水的安全。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the microbiological detection results of rural drinking water in eastern Hunan province.Methods A total of 300 drinking water samples were selected from January 2020 to December 2021 in eastern Hunan province, and all of them were tested for microorganisms. The qualified rate of microbial indicators in rural drinking water, the qualified rate of microbial indicators in different water supply modes (centralized and decentralized), and the qualified rate of microbial indicators in different water supply modes (total number of water supply colonies, total coliforms, heat-resistant coliforms) were counted.Results The qualified rates of microbial indicators of rural drinking water in eastern Hunan province in 2020 and 2021 were 64.00% and 68.67%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the qualified rate of microbiological examination between decentralized water supply and centralized water supply in 2020 and 2021 (P>0.05). In the microbiological examination of centralized water supply in 2020 and 2021, the qualified rates of total bacterial count, total coliform group and thermotolerant coliform group were high, and the qualified rates of total bacterial count, total coliform group and thermotolerant coliform group in the microbiological examination of centralized water supply and decentralized water supply in 2021 were higher than those in 2020 (P<0.05).Conclusion The overall quality of drinking water in eastern Hunan province is good, the microbial indicators are well tested, and no serious water pollution occurs. However, the government and regulatory authorities still need to strengthen the management and supervision of rural drinking water, improve water quality, and ensure the safety of people’s domestic water.
