摘要:
目的 研究胃癌患者住院费用影响因素。方法 选取2019年1月1日-2021年12月31日某三甲医院2361例胃癌出院患者作为研究对象，通过病案首页提取关键信息为研究内容，设定内生变量与外生变量，通过路径分析模型拟合外生变量对内生变量的作用，研究影响住院费用的直接效应和间接效应以及总效应。结果 性别、年龄、婚姻、出院时间、手术、入院伴随疾病、血型、医疗付款方式、住院天数直接影响住院费用，其中年龄、住院天数和手术影响最大，总效应系数分别为0.800、0.578和0.101。结论 在不考虑患者客观因素的基础上，手术和住院天数直接影响胃癌患者住院费用，为有效降低住院费用，应综合评估控手术指征，有效控制住院天数。
Abstract:
Objective To study the influencing factors of hospitalization cost in patients with gastric cancer.Methods A total of 2361 patients with gastric cancer discharged from a top three hospital from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2021 were selected as the research objects. The key information was extracted from the first page of the medical record as the research content, and the endogenous variables and exogenous variables were set. The path analysis model was used to fit the effect of exogenous variables on endogenous variables, and the direct and indirect effects and total effects affecting hospitalization cost were studied.Results Gender, age, marital status, discharge time, surgery, hospitalization associated diseases, blood type, medical payment method, hospitalization days directly affected the hospitalization cost. Among them, age, hospitalization days and surgery had the greatest impact, and the total effect coefficients were 0.800, 0.578 and 0.101, respectively.Conclusion On the basis of not considering the objective factors of patients, the operation and hospitalization days directly affect the hospitalization cost of gastric cancer patients. In order to effectively reduce the hospitalization cost, the operation indications should be comprehensively evaluated and the hospitalization days should be effectively controlled.
