摘要:
近年来，恶性肿瘤患者的高凝血状态越来越受到关注。胃癌患者高凝血状态与多种机制有关，胃癌本身可导致凝血系统激活，使血液处于高凝状态。而凝血功能的激活又促进了肿瘤的进展,是影响患者预后的重要因素。本文对胃癌患者高凝血状态的形成机制、临床表现及干预治疗进展进行综述，为临床胃癌的诊治提供理论依据。
Abstract:
Abstract：In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the hypercoagulant state of malignant tumor patients.The hypercoagulable state of gastric carcinoma is related to many mechanisms.Gastric carcinoma itself can lead to the activation of coagulation system and make the blood in hypercoagulable state.The activation of coagulation function promotes the progression of tumor and is an important factor affecting the prognosis of patients.In this paper,the mechanism of hypercoagulable state,clinical manifestation and progress of intervention therapy in patients with gastric carcinoma are reviewed,which provides theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of gastric carcinoma.
