摘要:
随着我院财务处业财融合的推进，稽核业务进一步深化精细化管理，现行HRP与HIS财务数据稽核模式存在稽核报表数量多，耗时长、差异查找处理困难、纸质报表可能未与业务数据调整同步等问题。本文聚焦现有对账模式的难点痛点，通过信息化实现全流程模拟稽核业务逻辑，实现对账模式改造及优化，在充分满足医院稽核要求的前提下，大幅降低财务稽核人员的重复低效劳动，提升稽核效率，推动医院智能稽核发展。
Abstract:
With the promotion of integration of business and finance in our hospital and further elaboration of business audit, the current HRP and his financial data examiner model suffers from a lot of problems, such as the large number of checked statements, the long time consuming, the difficulty of difference finding and processing, and the fact that paper statements may not be synchronized with business data adjustment. In this paper, we focus on the difficult pain points of the existing reconciliation mode precisely, mimic the business logic of the checked nucleus through the full flow of informatics practice, and realize the modification and optimization of the reconciliation mode, on the premise of fully meeting the requirements of the hospital auditor, greatly reducing the repetitive and inefficient labor of the financial auditor, enhancing the efficiency of the auditor and promoting the development of the hospital intelligent auditor.
