摘要:
目的 系统梳理国内老年高血压中医护理领域相关文献，了解该领域研究现状，为后续研究提供借鉴与参考。方法 检索中国知网、万方、维普、CBM数据库中的老年高血压中医护理相关文献，检索时间为各数据库建库至2022年6月30日。运用Gephi等相关可视化软件分析该领域的发文趋势、作者、机构、关键词等。结果 老年高血压中医护理领域发文量自2010年开始进入快速增长阶段；二/三级医院对老年高血压中医护理关注较为密切，其次是基层卫生服务机构；该领域研究较为分散，缺乏合作，尚未形成核心作者团队；近年来国内老年高血压中医护理研究主要集中在中医护理效果、对生活质量的影响、患者自我管理、血压控制情况、情志护理、社区护理、健康教育以及高血压合并其他疾病的护理8个方面。结论 未来我国需建立高水平老年中医护理研究团队，加强多学科协作，发挥中医药在共病管理领域的优势，促进中医护理与现代护理理念、现代科学技术有机融合，以提高中医护理在防治老年高血压及并发症方面的疗效。
Abstract:
Objective To systematically sort out the relevant literature in the field of traditional Chinese medicine nursing for elderly hypertension in China, understand the research status in this field, and provide reference for follow-up research.Methods The literatures related to traditional Chinese medicine nursing of elderly hypertension in CNKI, Wanfang, VIP and CBM databases were searched from the establishment of each database to June 30, 2022. Gephi and other related visualization software were used to analyze the publishing trend, authors, institutions, keywords and so on in this field.Results Since 2010, the number of literatures published in the field of elderly hypertension nursing had entered a rapid growth stage. Secondary and tertiary hospitals paid close attention to TCM nursing of elderly hypertension, followed by primary health service institutions. The research in this field was scattered, lacking of cooperation, and had not formed a core team of authors. In recent years, domestic research on TCM nursing for elderly hypertension mainly focused on eight aspects: the effect of TCM nursing, the impact on quality of life, patient self-management, blood pressure control, emotional care, community care, health education, and nusing of hypertension complicated with other diseases.Conclusion In the future, a high-level traditional Chinese medicine nursing research team for the elderly are needed to establish to strengthen multidisciplinary collaboration, and promote the organic integration of traditional Chinese medicine nursing with modern nursing concepts and technology, to improve the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the prevention and treatment of elderly hypertension and complications.
