摘要:
目的 观察血糖、血脂和实验室相关指标检测在老年2型糖尿病患者病情监控中的应用价值。方法 选取2021年6月-2022年10月在我院诊治的52例老年2型糖尿病患者为观察组,并选取同期我院52例体检健康者为对照组,比较两组血糖指标[空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)]、血脂指标[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]、实验室指标[超敏 C 反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血清胱抑素 C(CysC)]水平,比较不同FPG患者血糖、血脂和实验室相关指标水平以及糖尿病微血管病变发生情况,探讨FPG与以上指标的相关性。结果 观察组FPG、HbA1c高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组TC、TG、LDL-C高于对照组,HDL-C低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组hs-CRP、CysC高于对照组(P<0.05);FPG≤7.2 mmol/L 的患者FPG、HbA1c、TC、TG、LDL-C、hs-CRP、CysC均低于FPG>7.2 mmol/L的患者,HDL-C高于FPG>7.2 mmol/L的患者(P<0.05);FPG≤7.2 mmol/L的患者糖尿病微血管病变发生率低于FPG>7.2 mmol/L的患者(P<0.05);FPG与HbA1c、TC、TG、LDL-C、hs-CRP、CysC呈正相关,与HDL-C呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 血糖、血脂和实验室相关指标与老年2型糖尿病患者病情具有密切的关系,可一定程度反映病情进展,为临床评估病情提供可靠参考。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the application value of blood glucose, blood lipid and laboratory related indexes in the monitoring of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 52 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the observation group, and 52 healthy people who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The blood glucose indexes [fasting blood glucose (FPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c)], blood lipid indexes [total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C)], laboratory indexes [high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), serum cystatin C (CysC)] levels were compared between the two groups. In addition, the levels of blood glucose, blood lipid and laboratory related indexes and the occurrence of diabetic microangiopathy in patients with different FPG were compared, and the correlation between FPG and the above indexes was discussed.Results FPG and HbA1 c in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). TC, TG and LDL-C in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and HDL-C was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). FPG, HbA1 c, TC, TG, LDL-C, hs-CRP and CysC in patients with FPG≤7.2 mmol/L were lower than those in patients with FPG>7.2 mmol/L, and HDL-C was higher than that in patients with FPG>7.2 mmol/L (P<0.05). The incidence of diabetic microangiopathy in patients with FPG≤7.2 mmol/L was lower than that in patients with FPG>7.2 mmol/L (P<0.05). FPG was positively correlated with HbA1 c, TC, TG, LDL-C, hs-CRP and CysC, and negatively correlated with HDL-C (P<0.05).Conclusion Blood glucose, blood lipid and laboratory related indeses are closely related to the condition of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, which can reflect the progress of the disease to a certain extent, and provide a reliable reference for clinical evaluation of the disease.
