摘要:
医院作为提供医疗服务的重要机构,其人力资源的配置对于医院的正常运行和服务质量具有非常重要的作用。合理的人力资源配置可以提高医院的工作效率,减少医疗资源的浪费,提高医疗服务的质量和安全性。同时,合理的人力资源配置也可以减轻医务人员的工作负担,提高他们的工作满意度和幸福感,有利于医务人员的职业发展和医院的长远发展。在当前医疗服务的改革进程中,人力资源配置的优化和升级已经成为医院管理的重要议题之一。然而,传统的人力资源管理模式已经难以满足当今复杂多变的医疗环境的需要。本文主要探讨了大数据分析在优化医院人力资源配置决策中的应用,并提出了构建全景式人力资源管理数据平台和人力资源大数据分析模型等方法。
Abstract:
Hospital as an important institution to provide medical services, the allocation of human resources for the normal operation of the hospital and the quality of service has a very important role. Reasonable allocation of human resources can improve the working efficiency of hospitals, reduce the waste of medical resources, and improve the quality and safety of medical services. At the same time, reasonable allocation of human resources can also reduce the work burden of medical staff, improve their job satisfaction and happiness, which is conducive to the career development of medical staff and the long-term development of the hospital. In the current medical service reform process, the optimization and upgrading of human resource allocation has become one of the important issues in hospital management. However, the traditional human resource management model has been difficult to meet the needs of today’s complex and changing medical environment. This paper mainly discusses the application of big data analysis in optimizing the decision-making of hospital human resource allocation, and puts forward the methods of constructing panoramic human resource management data platform and human resource big data analysis model.
