摘要:
目的 评估DYNC1H1在肝癌中的作用机制。方法 通过搜集丰富的临床数据,利用TCGA项目和GEO数据库对DYNC1H1表达差异、表达水平与生存之间的相关性、基因改变、免疫内滤和相关细胞通路进行分析,研究DYNC1H1在肝癌的发病机制或临床预后中的功能和潜在机制。结果 研究发现DYNC1H1在肝癌存在高表达,DYNC1H1水平较高的肝癌患者临床预后较差,免疫细胞中DYNC1H1表达增加与不良预后和免疫过滤水平增加相关,动力蛋白与肿瘤的生长、癌细胞的转移侵袭有关。结论 DYNC1H1可以作为肝癌的预后生物标志物,可作为一种针对DYNC1H1的抗肝癌策略。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the mechanism of DYNC1H1 in liver cancer.Methods A wealth of clinical data were collected, and the TCGA project and GEO database were used to analyze DYNC1H1, such as the expression difference, the correlation between expression level and survival, gene changes, immune endofilter and related cell pathways, so as to investigate the function and potential mechanism of DYNC1H1 in the pathogenesis or clinical prognosis of liver cancer.Results DYNC1H1 was highly expressed in liver cancer, and liver cancer patients with high levels of DYNC1H1 had poor clinical prognosis. Increased expression of DYNC1H1 in immune cells was associated with poor prognosis and increased level of immune filtration, and DYNC1H1 was related to tumor growth and metastasis and invasion of cancer cells.Conclusion DYNC1H1 can be used as a prognostic biomarker for liver cancer and can be used as an anti-liver cancer strategy for DYNC1H1.
