目的 通过文献计量学分析对人工智能在膀胱癌领域的应用研究进行总结,并探讨未来可能的研究热点。方法 选取Web of Science核心合集2000-2023年有关人工智能在膀胱癌中应用的文献。通过VOSviewer和CiteSpace进行可视化分析。结果 近年来,人工智能在膀胱癌中的研究每年都在增加。全部论文发表在393种期刊上,其中发表不少于5篇的期刊有56种。论文发表量排名前3位的期刊分别是BJU International(52篇)、European Urology(46篇)和Journal of Endourology(44篇)。发表文章超过100篇的国家包括美国、中国、英国、意大利和德国。美国合作国家较多,主要是加拿大、中国和意大利,其他国家之间的合作关系较弱。贡献最高的前3位机构分别是University of North Carolina(40篇)、Karolinska Institute(37篇)和Roswell Park Cancer Institute(35篇)。引用最多的作者排名前3的为Guru Khurshid A(31篇)、Wiklund Peter(30篇)和Prokar Dasgupta(27篇)。“robot-assisted radical cystectomy”是目前研究热点。出现频率最高的关键词是膀胱癌(742次),其次是并发症(229次)和膀胱切除术(215次)。结论 人工智能在膀胱癌中的应用前景广阔。未来各国和各机构之间的合作有待加强。该领域的研究重点已逐渐从有创诊断和治疗转向通过深度学习技术进行无创诊断和精准微创治疗。
Abstract:
Objective To summarize the application of artificial intelligence in the field of bladder cancer through bibliometric analysis, and to explore possible research hotspots in the future.Methods The literature about the application of artificial intelligence in bladder cancer from 2000 to 2023 in the Web of Science core collection was selected. Visual analysis was performed by VOSviewer and CiteSpace.Results In recent years, the research of artificial intelligence in bladder cancer has increased every year. All papers were published in 393 journals, of which 56 journals published no less than 5 papers. The top three journals in the number of papers published were BJU International (n=52), European Urology (n=46) and Journal of Endourology (n=44). The countries that had published more than 100 papers included the United States, China, the United Kingdom, Italy and Germany. The United States had more cooperation countries, mainly with Canada, China and Italy, and the cooperation between other countries was weak. The top three institutions with the highest contribution were University of North Carolina (n=40), Karolinska Institute (n=37) and Roswell Park Cancer Institute (n=35). The top three most cited authors were Guru Khurshid A (n=31), Wiklund Peter (n=30) and Prokar Dasgupta (n=27).“robot-assisted radical cystectomy”was a hot topic at present. The most frequent keywords were bladder cancer (742 times), followed by complications (229 times) and cystectomy (215 times).Conclusion Artificial intelligence has broad application prospects in bladder cancer. Cooperation between countries and institutions needs to be strengthened in the future. The research focus in this field has gradually shifted from invasive diagnosis and treatment to non-invasive diagnosis and precise minimally invasive treatment through deep learning technology.
