摘要:
目的 分析麻疹在综合医院的流行特征,为做好院内麻疹防控提供参考信息。方法 对某综合医院2014~2016年确诊的麻疹病例运用描述性流行病学方法进行分析,采用Excel 2007进行数据处理。结果 麻疹病例以流动人口为主,发病集中在3~6月份,发病人数最多的是20~39岁。发现麻疹病例的科室主要是发热门诊和皮肤科门诊。结论 加强麻疹监测工作,严格执行发热及出疹患者预检分诊制度;加强医务人员防护工作,做好麻疹疫苗接种。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To analyze the epidemic characteristics of measles in general hospitals and to provide reference information for measles prevention and control in hospitals.Methods The measles cases diagnosed in a general hospital from 2014 to 2016 were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method,and the data were processed by Excel 2007.Results The majority of measles cases were floating population,the incidence was mainly in March to June,and the most common cases were 20 to 39 years old.The departments that found measles cases were mainly fever clinics and dermatological clinics.Conclusion To strengthen measles surveillance,to strictly implement the system of pre-examination and diagnosis of fever and rash patients,to strengthen the protection of medical personnel and to do measles vaccination well.
