摘要:
目的 探讨自制尿管固定装置应用于心脏手术中的效果。方法 选择2015年9月~2017年10月于本院行心脏手术的64例患者作为研究对象，随机分为研究组和对照组，各32例。对照组患者采用传统气囊固定方法，研究组采用本院自制尿管固定装置，并将两组患者并发症发生率、留置导尿管固定时间进行对比。结果 研究组患者并发症发生率较对照组低（3.13% vs 15.63%），组间对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组留置导尿管固定时间明显高于对照组[（176.52±45.93）h vs（52.36±10.75）h]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 本院自制尿管固定装置运用于心脏手术中可有效降低尿道黏膜损伤、泌尿系统感染等并发症发生率，延长留置尿管固定时间，具有较高临床应用价值。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of self-made urethral catheter fixation device in cardiac surgery.Methods 64 patients undergoing cardiac surgery from September 2015 to October 2017 were randomly divided into study group and control group with 32 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with traditional balloon fixation and the patients in the study group were treated with self-made urethral catheter.The incidence of complications and the time of indwelling urethral catheter fixation were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that of the control group (3.13%vs15.63%),and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The retention time of the indwelling catheter in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group[(176.52±45.93)h vs(52.36±10.75)h],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of urethral catheter fixation device in cardiac surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of complications such as urethral mucosal injury and urinary tract infection,and prolong the time of indwelling catheter fixation,which has high clinical application value.
