摘要:
目的 了解长沙市某社区老年高血压患者治疗依从性的现状及影响因素，为全科医生制定改善社区老年高血压患者治疗依从性的措施提供一定的帮助。方法 采用简单随机抽样的方法，使用一般资料调查表、高血压治疗依从性量表和高血压治疗态度与信念评价量表，对2015年9月~2016年3月长沙市某社区181例老年高血压病患者进行横断面调查。结果 调查的181例长沙市某社区老年高血压患者中治疗依从性高63例，治疗依从性低118例，治疗依从率为34.81%；治疗依从性高比依从性低的患者血压控制好；治疗依从性和治疗态度与信念高度正相关；不同性别、不同工作状态、有无家族史、有无不适症状、治疗的态度与信念好坏为老年高血压患者治疗依从性的主要影响因素。结论 长沙市某社区老年高血压患者治疗依从率较低。女性、退休、有家族史、有不适症状、具有积极的治疗态度与信念的老年高血压患者治疗依从性较高。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To understand the status and influencing factors of the compliance of the elderly hypertensive patients in a community of Changsha city,and to provide some help for the general practitioner to formulate the measures to improve the compliance of the elderly hypertensive patients in the community.Methods We made a simple random sampling method,using the general data questionnaire,the compliance scale of hypertension treatment and the attitude and belief evaluation of hypertension treatment,a cross-sectional survey was carried out on 181 elderly hypertensive patients in a community in Changsha city from September 2015 to March 2016.Results Among 181 elderly patients with hypertension in a community in Changsha city,63 cases had high compliance,118 cases had low compliance,and the rate of good compliance was 34.81%.The blood pressure of the patients with high compliance was better than that with low compliance.Treatment compliance and attitude were highly positively correlated with beliefs, gender,working status,family history,discomfort symptoms,treatment attitude and beliefs were the main influencing factors of treatment compliance in elderly patients with hypertension.Conclusion The treatment compliance rate of elderly hypertensive patients in a community in Changsha city is low.Elderly hypertensive patients with women,retirement,family history,discomfort,and positive treatment attitudes and beliefs have higher adherence to treatment.
