摘要:
目的 观察家庭康复运动处方对卒中患者家庭康复训练功能改善及维持的影响。方法 选取我院2017年1月~11月康复治疗后转为家庭康复的66例卒中患者，随机单盲对照分为治疗组和对照组，每组33例。对照组患者在家进行随意自我训练；治疗组患者给与家庭康复运动处方，监督执行，疗程为3个月，疗程前后采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表、改良Ashworth量表、肌力评定量表、威斯康星步态量表综合评价上下肢功能、肌痉挛程度、主要运动肌肌力、步态情况，分析患者肢体功能改善及维持情况。结果 治疗前两组患者Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表、改良Ashworth量表、肌力评定量表、威斯康星步态量表评定结果比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后两组患者Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表、改良Ashworth量表、肌力、威斯康星步态量表评定结果比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 家庭康复运动处方规范的家庭康复训练对运动功能的疗效巩固和提高具有重要的作用。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of family rehabilitation exercise prescription on the improvement and maintenance of family rehabilitation training function of stroke patients.Methods 66 stroke patients who were transferred to family rehabilitation after rehabilitation from January to November 2017 in our hospital were enrolled.The randomized single-blind control was divided into treatment group and control group,with 33 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were free to self-train at home;the patients in the treatment group were given a prescription for family rehabilitation exercise,and the treatment was performed for 3 months.The Fugl-Meyer motor function scale,the modified Ashworth scale,and the muscle strength rating scale were used before and after the treatment.The Wisconsin Gait Scale comprehensively evaluated the function of upper and lower extremities,the degree of tendon,the main motor muscle strength,and gait,and analyzed the improvement and maintenance of limb function.Results There were no significant differences in the Fugl-Meyer motor function scale,modified Ashworth scale,muscle strength rating scale,and Wisconsin gait scale between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the Fugl-Meyer motor function scale, modified Ashworth scale, muscle strength,and Wisconsin gait scale were compared between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Family rehabilitation training for family rehabilitation exercise prescriptions plays an important role in consolidating and improving the efficacy of motor function.
