摘要:
目的 研究凝血酶原时间（PT）与血小板检验方式对肝硬化疾病患者进行诊断的临床价值。方法 选取2016年5月~2017年5月在我院诊治的100例肝硬化患者作为观察组，并选取同期进行健康体检的100例健康者作为对照组，分别检测PT与血小板，对比两组血小板指标、PT，观察疾病组出血现象和无出血现象患者的血小板指标和PT。结果 观察组血小板体积（MPV）、血小板分布宽度（PDW）明显高于对照组，血小板计数（PLT）、血小板压积（PCT）明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组PT明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；无出血患者PCT、PLT明显低于出血患者，MPV、PDW、PT明显高于出血患者，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 凝血酶原时间和血小板检验与肝硬化患者病情发展有直接的关系，且随着病情的加重，会发生相应的改变，对临床诊断肝硬化具有重要的临床价值。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To study the diagnostic value of prothrombin time(PT)and platelet test in patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods From May 2016 to May2017 in 100 patients with liver cirrhosis in our hospital as the observation group,and selected 100 healthy cases were concurrent healthy as control group,PT and platelet were detected,compared two groups of platelet index,PT,observation of disease group bleeding and non bleeding phenomenon of blood platelet index and PT.Results In the observation group,platelet volume(MPV),platelet distribution width(PDW)were significantly higher than the control group,the platelet count(PLT),plateletcrit (PCT) was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group PT was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)no bleeding;patients with PCT,PLT was significantly lower than that of MPV,PDW,hemorrhage,PT was significantly higher than that in patients with bleeding,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a direct relationship between prothrombin time and platelet test and the development of patients with liver cirrhosis.With the aggravation of the disease,there will be corresponding changes.It has important clinical value in the clinical diagnosis of liver cirrhosis.
