摘要:
目的 探讨阿加曲班对脑梗塞急性期患者的血液流变指标、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)和凝血酶原时间(PT)的影响。方法 选取2019年2月-2021年10月我院收治的脑梗塞急性期患者40例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组,各20例。对照组予以常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予以阿加曲班治疗,疗程为1个月。比较两组临床疗效、血液流变指标(全血高切黏度和低切黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积)和凝血功能指标[APTT、PT、纤维蛋白原(FIB)和血小板计数(PLT)]。结果 治疗组临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后全血高切黏度和低切黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后FIB、PLT水平低于对照组,APTT、PT高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 将阿加曲班应用于治疗脑梗塞急性期患者,可降低患者各项血液流变指标水平、FIB和PLT水平,并提高APTT、PT指标,改善患者凝血功能和血液流变指标。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effects of argatroban on hemorheology, activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) and prothrombin time (PT) in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Forty patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to October 2021 were selected and divided into a control group and a treatment group by random number table method, with 20 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment, and the treatment group was treated with argatroban on the basis of the control group for 1 month. The clinical efficacy, blood rheological indexes (whole blood high shear viscosity and low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit) and coagulation function indexes [APTT, PT, fibrinogen (FIB) and platelet count (PLT)] were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The whole blood high shear viscosity, low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity and hematocrit in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, FIB and PLT levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, APTT and PT were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of argatroban treatment can reduce the levels of hemorheology indexes, FIB and PLT in patients with acute cerebral infarction, and increase APTT and PT indexes, improve coagulation function and hemorheology indexes.
