摘要:
中医护理有着悠长的历史和显著的疗效，因此受到国内外护理学界的重视。我国护理学教学体系中均要求开设该课程，可见其重要程度。护理教育的目标是培养高素质的技能型人才，尤其要注重培养学生的职业技能和素养。实践教学是理论联系实际，培养护生实践能力的重要途径。因此，实践教学的有效开展对培养学生的专业实践能力至关重要。本文对我院目前中医护理课程教学现状进行分析，针对中医护理教育发展过程中的问题进行多方位的改革，探寻中医护理实践教学改革策略，以期获得更好的教学效果，培养更多满足社会需要的应用型护理人才。
Abstract:
Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history and remarkable curative effect, so it is valued by the nursing community at home and abroad. This course is required in China's nursing teaching system, which shows its importance. The goal of nursing education is to train high-quality skilled talents, especially to develop students' vocational skills and literacy. Practical teaching is an important way to connect theory with practice and cultivate practical ability of nursing students. Therefore, the effective development of practical teaching is crucial to the development of students' professional practice ability. This paper analyzes the current teaching situation of Chinese medicine nursing course in our hospital, carries out multi-faceted reform on the problems in the development of Chinese medicine nursing education, explores the reform strategy of Chinese medicine nursing practice teaching, in order to obtain better teaching effect and cultivate more to meet social needs.
