摘要:
目的 了解社区老年慢性疼痛患者生活质量状况及相关影响因素，为社区卫生服务机构采取干预措施改善老年慢性疼痛患者疼痛状况提供参考。方法 采用方便抽样法抽取咸宁市社区150名老年慢性疼痛患者，用一般人口学资料调查表、简明疼痛量表（BPI）、SF-36健康调查量表进行问卷调查。结果 本次调查研究共发放150份问卷，回收有效问卷141份，有效回收率为94.00%。其中女性居多，年龄60~91岁，有配偶者居多，与配偶同居者居多，未受过正规教育者居多；大部分人的收入能够满足基本满足生活开支，具有医疗保险；慢性病数
Abstract:
Objective To understand the quality of life and related influencing factors of elderly patients with chronic pain in the community, and to provide reference for community health service agencies to take interventions to improve the pain status of elderly patients with chronic pain. Methods A total of 150 elderly patients with chronic pain in the Xianning community were selected by convenient sampling method. The questionnaires were surveyed using the general demographic data questionnaire, the brief pain scale (BPI) and the SF-36 health survey scale. Results A total of 150 questionnaires were distributed in this survey, and 141 valid questionnaires were collected. The effective recovery rate was 94.00%. Most of them are women, aged 60-91 years old, with spouses mostly, cohabiting with spouses, and most of them without formal education; most people's income can meet basic living expenses, with medical insurance; the number of chronic diseases is 3 Most of the above are used; most of them use pain relief to relieve pain. The social function dimension of the elderly patients with chronic pain in Xianning City was the highest (66.51±21.98); the quality of life was lower, the score was (55.16±19.73); the total score of quality of life was the dependent variable, and the general data was the independent variable. One-way analysis of variance was performed to compare the differences between the groups. The results showed that the differences in quality of life between different genders, ages, education levels, income and expenditure, and chronic disease groups were statistically significant (P<0.05);There were no significant differences in the quality of life between different marital status, living conditions, medical insurance, and different analgesic modes (P>0.05). There was a significant negative correlation between pain level, degree of pain, chronic pain history and quality of life score (P<0.05), multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that the degree of pain, income, age, pain, and gender entered the regression equation, which explained 58.10% of the total quality of life (P<0.05). Conclusion The quality of life of elderly patients with chronic pain in the community of Xianning City needs to be further improved; community health service workers can provide targeted interventions to improve the quality of life of patients.
