摘要:
目的 探讨鼓室注射甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠联合糖皮质激素治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法 选择2015年11月~2018年9月我院收治的突发性耳聋患者86例，随机分成联合组和对照组，每组43例。对照组给予糖皮质激素治疗，联合组在对照组基础上给予鼓室注射甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠联合治疗，比较两组临床疗效，治疗前后不同频率听力及不良反应发生率。结果 联合组总有效率为97.62%，高于对照组的76.74%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，联合组500 Hz、1000 Hz、2000 Hz、4000 Hz听力优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。联合组不良反应总发生率为2.33%，低于对照组的9.30%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 鼓室注射甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠联合糖皮质激素可有效治疗突发性耳聋，改善患者听力，且不良反应较少。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of tympanosin injection of methylprednisolone succinate combined with glucocorticoids in the treatment of sudden deafness. Methods 86 patients with sudden deafness admitted to our hospital from November 2015 to September 2018 were randomly divided into the combined group and the control group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with glucocorticoids. The combined group was given tympanic injection of methylprednisolone sodium succinate in combination with the control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. The incidence of hearing and adverse reactions at different frequencies before and after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate was 97.62% in the combined group, which was higher than 76.74% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the combined group 500 Hz, 1000 Hz, 2000 Hz, 4000 Hz hearing was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The overall incidence of adverse reactions was 2.33% in the combined group, which was lower than the 9.30% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Tympanic injection of methylprednisolone sodium succinate combined with glucocorticoid can effectively treat sudden deafness, improve patient hearing, and have fewer adverse reactions.
