摘要:
传统的内向型、分散型的医院管理系统无法较好的适应医疗卫生行业的革新和外部环境的刺激，集成化作为一种新的态势出现在医院管理中。通过分析H-ERP，认为集成化是促进医院管理科学化、精细化的一个重要理念，但集成化会受到医院基础条件、技术支撑、战略协作关系等种种内外部因素影响，需从人、财、物各方面综合评估。
Abstract:
The traditional introverted and decentralized hospital management system can not adapt to the innovation of the medical and health industry and the stimulation of the external environment. Integration has emerged as a new situation in hospital management. Through the analysis of H-ERP, it is considered that integration is an important concept to promote the scientific and refined hospital management, but the integration is affected by various internal and external factors such as hospital basic conditions, technical support, strategic cooperation, and so on. Comprehensive assessment of all aspects of the matter.
