摘要:
目的 总结强直性脊柱炎（AS）的中医证候分布特点，为后续AS中医证候要素量表研制及临床治疗提供线索。方法 检索中国知网、维普和万方数据库中有关AS中医证候的文献，检索日期截至2018年12月31日，总结AS中医证候分布特点。结果共纳入文献89篇，最早发表于1988年，1998~2007年23篇（25.84%），2008~2018年65篇（73.03%），仅部分文献有患者性别、年龄、病程及发病季节分布。共纳入AS患者18541例，涉及中医证候29种，排名前4位的证候依次为肝肾不足证、湿热痹阻证、瘀血痹阻证和寒湿痹阻证，其中肝肾不足证为AS的主要证候（46.64%）。结论 AS中医证候主要包括肝肾不足证、湿热痹阻证、瘀血痹阻证和寒湿痹阻证，肝肾不足证为AS的主要证候。
Abstract:
Objective To summarize the distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes in ankylosing spondylitis (AS), and to provide clues for the subsequent development of AS TCM syndrome factor scale and clinical treatment. Methods The literatures about AS TCM syndromes in the China Knowledge Network, Weipu and Wanfang databases were searched. The search date was December 31, 2018, and the distribution characteristics of AS TCM syndromes were summarized. Results A total of 89 articles were included, which were first published in 1988, 23 articles (25.84%) from 1998 to 2007, and 65 articles (73.03%) from 2008 to 2018. Only some of the articles included the distribution of patients’ gender, age, course of disease, and season. A total of 18,541 AS patients were included, involving 29 types of TCM syndromes. The top 4 syndromes were liver and kidney deficiency syndrome, damp-heat and obstruction syndrome, blood stasis and obstruction syndrome, and cold and dampness obstruction syndrome,the main evidence of AS (46.64%). Conclusion The TCM syndromes of AS mainly include liver and kidney deficiency syndrome, damp-heat and obstruction syndrome, blood stasis and obstruction syndrome, and cold and dampness obstruction syndrome. The liver and kidney deficiency syndrome is the main syndrome of AS.
