摘要:
围绝经期综合征是以妇女绝经前后因性激素波动或减少导致一系列自主神经系统功能紊乱为主，伴神经心理症状的一组症候群。近年来，围绝经期综合征的发病率已经呈逐渐上升态势。于波主任认为，女性围绝经期之时，肾气逐渐亏虚，冲任之脉气血逐渐不足，天癸日益衰竭，从而导致月经失调、直至绝经，治疗中强调整体论治、针药结合，收效颇佳。本文通过对于波主任应用针药结合的方法治疗围绝经期综合征的临证经验进行整理、分析与总结，以飨同道。
Abstract:
Perimenopausal syndrome refers to a group of symptoms with autonomic nervous system dysfunction caused by fluctuations or reductions in sex hormones before and after menopause. In recent years, the incidence of perimenopausal syndrome has been gradually increasing. Director YU Bo believes that during the perimenopausal period of women, the kidney qi is gradually deficient, the blood of the pulse of dying is gradually inadequate, and the day and night are gradually depleted, which leads to menstrual disorders and until menopause. The treatment emphasizes the overall treatment, the combination of acupuncture and medicine, and results quite good. This article summarizes, analyzes, and summarizes the clinical experience of the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome by the combined use of acupuncture and medicine by Director YU Bo, in order to share the same views.
