摘要:
腰椎退变性疾病（LDD）主要表现为下腰痛、下肢放射性麻痛、间歇性跛行、大小便功能障碍，严重影响患者生活质量和身心健康。近年来随着加速康复外科（ERAS）理念的提出，其以最大程度减少术后并发症发生几率、改善术后手术效果和促进术后功能康复为核心，在临床应用中取得了良好的效果。本文就ERAS理念的提出与发展、主要内容及其在LDD围手术期中的应用作一综述，以期为LDD患者围手术期的诊疗提供参考依据。
Abstract:
Lumbar degenerative disease(LDD)are mainly manifested as low back pain, radioactive numbness of the lower extremities, intermittent claudication, and dysfunction of stool and stool, which seriously affect the quality of life and physical and mental health of patients. In recent years, with the introduction of the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery (ERAS), it has achieved good results in clinical application with the core of minimizing the probability of postoperative complications, improving postoperative surgery results, and promoting postoperative functional rehabilitation. This article summarizes the proposal and development of ERAS, the main content and its application in the perioperative period of LDD, in order to provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of LDD patients in the perioperative period.
