摘要:
股骨粗隆间骨折是临床骨科常见骨折,由于股骨粗隆间血管多,血运丰富,切开复位易破坏其局部血运,不利于骨折愈合,影响患者术后良好功能恢复。合理有效的治疗方法,对治疗结果具有重要的意义。随着微创理念的发展,微创治疗在骨折治疗中广泛应用。本文对微创治疗股骨粗隆间骨折研究进展进行综述,希望为股骨粗隆间骨折临床治疗提供一定参考依据。
Abstract:
Intertrochanteric femoral fractures are common fractures in clinical orthopedics. Due to the large number of intertrochanteric blood vessels and rich blood supply, open reduction can easily damage their local blood supply, which is not conducive to fracture healing and affects the patient’s good functional recovery after surgery. Reasonable and effective treatment methods are of great significance to the treatment results. With the development of minimally invasive concepts, minimally invasive treatment is widely used in fracture treatment. This article reviews the research progress of minimally invasive treatment of intertrochanteric fractures, hoping to provide some reference for clinical treatment of intertrochanteric fractures.
