摘要:
目的 了解广州市海珠区产妇产后0~6个月母乳喂养自我效能现状及家庭成员对母乳喂养的态度。方法 采用一般情况调查表、母乳喂养简式量表、家庭成员对母乳喂养态度评价表对2018年9~11月在海珠区18个社区中心进行0~6个月龄常规体检的730例产妇一般情况、母乳喂养效能、家庭成员对母乳喂养态度进行调查。结果 730名调查对象中，纯母乳喂养443人（60.68%），混合喂养287人（39.32%）。母乳喂养自我效能得分（49.82±11.45）分；多元线性逐步回归分析显示，影响纯母乳喂养产妇自我效能的因素有产次和配偶对喂养的态度；影响混合喂养产妇自我效能的因素有产次、婴儿月龄和父母对喂养的态度。结论 广州市海珠区产妇母乳喂养自我效能处于中等水平，在不同喂养方式下，不同家庭成员的支持程度对于产妇母乳喂养自我效能的影响不同。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the current status of breastfeeding self-efficacy and the attitude of family members towards breastfeeding from 0 to 6 months after delivery in Haizhu District, Guangzhou.Methods A general questionnaire, a simple breastfeeding scale, and a family member’s attitude evaluation report on breastfeeding were used for 730 cases of maternal health who underwent routine physical examinations at 18 community centers in Haizhu District from September to November 2018 for 0 to 6 months Status, breastfeeding effectiveness, and family members ’attitudes towards breastfeeding. Results Of the 730 respondents, 443 were exclusively breastfed (60.68%) and 287 were mixed (39.32%). Breastfeeding self-efficacy score (49.82±11.45) points; multiple linear stepwise regression analysis shows that the factors that affect the self-efficacy of exclusive breastfeeding mothers include parity and spouse ’s attitude towards feeding; Infant age and parental attitude towards feeding.Conclusion The maternal breastfeeding self-efficacy in Haizhu District of Guangzhou is at a medium level. Under different feeding methods, the support degree of different family members has different effects on the maternal breastfeeding self-efficacy.
