摘要:
目的 探究需要层次理论在慢性支气管炎健康指导中对患者情绪状态、健康知识知晓率的作用。方法 选取2017年8月~2018年8月我院收治慢性支气管炎住院患者126例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,均为63例。对照组予以传统健康教育模式,观察组在需要层次理论指导下进行健康施教。比较两组正性负性情绪、健康知识知晓率。结果 干预后,观察组正性情绪评分高于对照组,负性情绪评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在慢性支气管炎疾病知识、吸烟危害、饮食、运动、健康知识以及并发症知识方面的知晓率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在慢性支气管炎护理工作中应用需要层次理论指导健康施教可获取良好的护理效果,有效改善患者情绪状态,提升其对疾病知识知晓率,促使其康复,有益于患者的身心健康。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the role of hierarchy theory in the health guidance of chronic bronchitis on patients’ emotional state and health knowledge awareness rate.Methods From August 2017 to August 2018, 126 inpatients with chronic bronchitis admitted to our hospital were selected as the research object. They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method, with 63 cases in each group. The control group was given the traditional health education model, and the observation group was given health education under the guidance of the need level theory. The positive and negative emotions and health knowledge awareness rates of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention, the positive emotion score of the observation group was higher than the control group, and the negative emotion score was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The observation group had higher awareness rates of chronic bronchitis disease knowledge, smoking hazards, diet, exercise, health knowledge and complications knowledge than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of chronic bronchitis, the application of hierarchical theory to guide health education can obtain good nursing effects, effectively improve the emotional state of patients, increase their awareness of disease knowledge, and promote their recovery, which is beneficial to the physical and mental health of patients.
