摘要:
目的 观察腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术中配合手术室护理的效果。方法 选取2016年10月~2018年10月在我院行腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术的160例患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各80例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上实施配合手术室护理，比较两组手术指标（手术时间、术后排气时间）、护理满意度以及术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组手术时间、术后排气时间均短于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术中配合手术室护理，有助于缩短手术时间，促进术后胃肠功能恢复，降低并发症的发生率，患者对护理满意度较高。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer with operating room nursing.Methods 160 patients who underwent laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into a control group and an observation group by a random number table method, with 80 cases in each group.Routine nursing, the observation group implemented operating room nursing on the basis of the control group, and compared the two groups’ surgical indicators (operating time, postoperative exhaust time), nursing satisfaction and postoperative complications.Results The operation time and postoperative exhaust time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P＜0.05); the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05); The incidence of postoperative complications in the group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Cooperating with operating room nursing during laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer can help shorten the operation time, promote postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery, reduce the incidence of complications, and patients are more satisfied with nursing care.
