目的 探究心血管内科专科护士培训的效果。方法 选取2017年7月~2019年7月我院完成1~4期心血管内科专科护士培训的98名学员作为研究对象,通过理论、操作成绩及满意度问卷调查,评价培训前后学员提升情况。结果 培训后学员批判性思维与科研、临床护理、法律与伦理实践、专业发展、教育和咨询、理论总分均高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训后,医师满意度为92.00%,患者满意度为94.00%。学员对心血管内科专科护士培训中临床护理满意最高,占比100.00%,其次为批判性思维与科研、教育和咨询、专业发展、法律与伦理实践。结论 心血管内科护理团队采用多维理论培训及临床实践相结合的教学方法在心血管内科专科护士培训中取得了良好效果。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of training specialized nurses in cardiovascular medicine.Methods 98 participants who completed the training of 1~4 cardiovascular specialist nurses in our hospital in July 2017-July 2019 were selected as the subjects, Through theoretical, operational and satisfaction questionnaires,evaluate the promotion of students before and after training.Results After training, the total scores of critical thinking and scientific research, clinical nursing, legal and ethical practice, professional development, education and counseling, and theory were higher than before training,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After the training, the physician satisfaction rate was 92.00%, and the patient satisfaction rate was 94.00%. Trainees were most satisfied with clinical nursing in the training of cardiovascular medicine specialist nurses, accounting for 100.00%, followed by critical thinking and scientific research, education and consulting, professional development, legal and ethical practice. Conclusion The cardiovascular internal medicine nursing team adopted a teaching method that combines multi-dimensional theoretical training and clinical practice to achieve good results in the training of cardiovascular medicine specialist nurses.
