摘要:
目的 了解门诊就诊的2型糖尿病患者延续护理后的真实体验，促进医护人员关注门诊患者对疾病正确认知的体验，为下一步制定更好的干预措施提供参考依据。方法 应用目的抽样法，选取2019年1~5月到烟台毓璜顶医院内分泌科就诊的12例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象，采用定性研究的方法进行访谈并记录，了解患者对延续护理的认识及对疾病正确认知的体验，采用Colaizzi现象学资料七步分析法对资料进行分析整理。结果 本次研究共提炼出5大主题，包括及时规范用药、正确规范使用胰岛素、养成正确合理的饮食运动习惯、对糖尿病足的正确预防和管理、知晓糖尿病引起的并发症和不良反应。结论 门诊2型糖尿病患者就诊多关注上述五个方面；医院应关注延续护理对改善门诊2型糖尿病患者对疾病正确认知的真实体验，加强沟通交流，借助多方合作平台，为2型糖尿病患者提供具体、专业、个性化的支持和帮助，纠正患者不良的生活饮食习惯，养成良好的用药、生活习惯，提高其生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective Understanding the real experience of type 2 diabetes patients after continuing nursing in outpatient clinics, make medical staff pay attention to patients’ experience of correct understanding of disease when they are not in hospital, to provide a basis for further intervention measures.Methods Application purpose sampling,12 patients with type 2 diabetes who visited the Department of Endocrinology of Yuhuangding Hospital in Yantai from January to May 2019 were selected as the object of study,use qualitative research to conduct interviews and record accurately, understand their understanding of continuous nursing，and the experience of correct cognition of disease，Colaizzi’s seven-step analysis of phenomenological data was used to analyze and sort out the data.Results This study has extracted 5 major themes, including timely and standardized medication, correct and standardized use of insulin, cultivating correct and reasonable eating habits, correct prevention and management of diabetic feet, and awareness of complications and adverse reactions caused by diabetes.Conclusion Outpatients with type 2 diabetes should pay more attention to the above five aspects; hospitals should pay attention to the real experience of continuing nursing to improve the correct understanding of the disease for patients with type 2 diabetes, strengthen communication, and use multi-party cooperation platforms to provide specific information for patients with type 2 diabetes.Professional and personalized support and help, correct the patients’ bad living and eating habits, develop good medication and living habits, and improve their quality of life.
