摘要:
目的 分析伊曲康唑联合硝酸咪康唑阴道栓对糖尿病念珠菌性阴道炎患者的疗效。方法 选取2017年6月~2019年6月我院就诊的糖尿病念珠菌性阴道炎患者146例，按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各73例。对照组采用硝酸咪康唑阴道栓治疗，观察组采用伊曲康唑胶囊联合硝酸咪康唑阴道栓治疗，比较两组临床疗效、临床症状、体征评分、不良反应发生情况及疾病复发情况。结果 治疗后1、3个月，观察组总有效率高于对照组（89.04% vs 72.60%）、（82.19% vs 65.75%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后1、3个月，两组临床症状和体征评分较治疗前降低，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为8.22%，与对照组的4.11%比较，差异无统计学差异（P＞0.05）；治疗后1、3个月，观察组复发率低于对照组（4.11% vs 20.55%）、（9.59% vs 24.66%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 伊曲康唑胶囊联合硝酸咪康唑阴道栓对糖尿病念珠菌性阴道炎患者的临床疗效优于单纯使用硝酸咪康唑阴道栓，可有效改善患者临床症状与体征，不增加不良反应发生率，且复发率低。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the effect of itraconazole combined with miconazole nitrate on diabetic monilial vaginitis.Methods 146 patients with clinical diagnosis of diabetic candidiasis vaginitis who visited our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were collected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, 73 patients in each group. The control group was treated with miconazole nitrate suppository, while the observation group was treated with itraconazole combined with miconazole nitrate suppository. The clinical efficacy, clinical symptoms and signs scores, adverse reactions and disease recurrence of the two groups were observed.Results 1,3 months after treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (89.04% vs 72.60%), (82.19% vs 65.75%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);1, 3 months after treatment, the scores of clinical symptoms and signs in the two groups were lower than before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.22%, and compared with 4.11% of the control group, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); 1, 3 months after treatment, the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (4.11% vs 20.55%), (9.59% vs 24.66%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Itraconazole capsules combined with miconazole nitrate vaginal suppository has better clinical efficacy in patients with diabetic monilial vaginitis than the simple use of miconazole nitrate vaginal suppository, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions,and the recurrence rate is low.
