摘要:
目的 通过文献计量学分析,探究移动医疗的发展现状和未来趋势。方法 检索中国知网CNKI的核心期刊、CSSCI、CSCD数据库上收录的移动医疗相关文献,基于文献计量学方法对移动医疗相关文献的年度、来源期刊和研究机构进行数据统计分析,对高频关键词构建共现矩阵后进行社会网络分析和聚类分析。结果 对212篇相关文献发表时间进行统计,文献数量自2013年起呈现大幅度增长;对来源期刊进行统计,载文量前10名的期刊合计载文量占总文献量的51.89%,载文量前10名的期刊中前7篇为医学相关期刊;对研究机构进行统计,排名前12的研究机构发表文献数量总和占总文献量的11.52%;对关键词进行统计整理后得到429个关键词,总共出现的频次为748次。结论 目前我国移动医疗主要是应用程序和信息系统相关研究,并以此为载体为护理人员和患者提供服务,相关文献载体尚未形成,研究机构较为分散,移动医疗的技术研究尚有较大的进步空间。
Abstract:
Objective Through bibliometric analysis, to explore the current development and future trends of mobile medicine.Methods Search CNKI’s core journals, CSSCI, and CSCD databases for mobile medical-related literature. Based on bibliometrics, perform statistical analysis on the annual, source journals and research institutions of mobile medical-related literature, and identify high-frequency keywords After constructing the co-occurrence matrix, conduct social network analysis and cluster analysis.Results The publication time of 212 related articles was counted, and the number of articles has increased significantly since 2013; the source journals were counted, and the total amount of articles in the top 10 journals accounted for 51.89% of the total amount of articles. The first 7 of the top 10 journals are medical-related journals; the statistics of research institutions showed that the total number of articles published by the top 12 research institutions accounts for 11.52% of the total literature;After statistic and sorting of keywords, 429 keywords were obtained, which appeared 748 times in total.Conclusion At present, mobile medicine in my country is mainly related to research on application programs and information systems, and uses this as a carrier to provide services for nursing staff and patients. The relevant literature carrier has not yet been formed, research institutions are relatively scattered, and the technical research of mobile medicine has made great progress. space.
