摘要:
目的 系统评价影响膝骨关节炎患病的危险因素。方法 计算机检索中国知网、维普、万方、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed及Embase中收录的关于膝骨关节炎危险因素分析的病例对照研究文献,检索时间为自建库以来至2020年11月,收集数据并采用Revman5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果 纳入6篇文献,共纳入研究对象6707例,病例组2341例,对照组4366例;Meta分析显示,吸烟(OR=8.95,95%CI:5.98~13.39)、饮酒(OR=1.55,95%CI:1.16~2.09)、肥胖(OR:1.48,95%CI:1.22~1.80)、家族史(OR=1.63,95%CI:1.33~1.99)是膝骨关节炎患病的危险因素。结论 吸烟、饮酒是膝关节骨性关节炎的危险因素,戒烟戒酒可以减少膝骨关节炎的发生;同样,肥胖、有家族史的患者更容易患有膝骨关节炎,减脂、保持合理体重对于膝关节骨性关节炎的预防将有积极作用。
Abstract:
Objective To systematically evaluate the risk factors affecting knee osteoarthritis.Methods Computer search of case-control research literature on risk factor analysis of knee osteoarthritis included in CNKI, Weipu, Wanfang, China Biomedical Literature Database, PubMed and Embase.The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to November 2020, the data was collected and the Revman5.4 software was used for meta-analysis.Results Six literatures were included, including 6707 subjects, 2341 in the case group and 4366 in the control group.Meta-analysis showed that smoking (OR=8.95, 95%CI: 5.98-13.39), alcohol consumption (OR=1.55, 95%CI: 1.16-2.09), obesity (OR=1.48, 95%CI: 1.22-1.80) and family history (OR=1.63, 95%CI: 1.33-1.99) were risk factors for knee osteoarthritis.Conclusion Smoking and drinking are the risk factors of knee osteoarthritis. Quitting smoking and abstaining from alcohol can reduce the incidence of knee osteoarthritis.Similarly, obese patients with a family history of knee osteoarthritis are more likely to suffer from knee osteoarthritis. Reducing body fat and maintaining a reasonable body weight will have a positive effect on the prevention of knee osteoarthritis.
