摘要:
目的 探究血栓通联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗塞（ACI）的临床疗效及安全性。方法 选取2020年2月-2021年2月我院收治的60例ACI患者，按照随机、平行、对照原则分为对照组与观察组，各30例。对照组采用依达拉奉治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合血栓通治疗，比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、神经功能、实验室指标[血清D-二聚体（D-D）、超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）]及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%，高于对照组的80.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组中医症候积分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组血清D-D、hs-CRP低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 血栓通联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗塞疗效确切，可有效改善患者的症状表现及神经功能，减轻机体的炎症反应，具有良好的抗凝、降纤作用，且不会引起不良反应风险的升高。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Xueshuantong combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction (ACI).Methods A total of 60 ACI patients admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the principles of random, parallel and control, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with edaravone, and the observation group was treated with Xueshuantong on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, TCM syndrome score, neurological function, laboratory indexes [serum D-dimer (D-D), high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP)] and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The TCM symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The serum D-D and hs-CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Xueshuantong combined with edaravone is effective in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction, which can improve the patient’s symptoms and neurological function, reduce the body’s inflammatory response, and have good anticoagulant and defibrinating effects, and will not cause an increase in the risk of adverse reactions.
