摘要:
目的 探讨甲状腺日间手术的安全性及可行性。方法 回顾性分析西安交通大学第二附属医院2017年1月-2018年12月行甲状腺手术的178例患者病历资料。选取行甲状腺日间手术患者共89例设为观察组，选取同期符合日间手术标准的住院手术患者89例设为对照组。比较两组患者术后并发症发生率、再入院率、疼痛评分、住院时间、住院费用及患者满意度。结果 两组间术后并发症发生率及再入院率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；观察组术后6 h疼痛评分、住院时间及住院费用均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组患者满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 与住院手术相比，甲状腺日间手术不会增加患者术后并发症及再入院率，同时可明显降低术后疼痛评分，住院时间及住院费用，提高患者满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the safety and feasibility of thyroid day surgery.Methods The medical records of 178 patients who underwent thyroid surgery in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University from January 2017 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. A total of 89 patients who underwent thyroid day surgery were selected as the observation group, and 89 hospitalized patients who met the standard of day surgery were selected as the control group. The incidence of postoperative complications, readmission rate, pain score, hospitalization time, hospitalization expenses and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications and readmission rate between the two groups (P>0.05). The pain score 6 hours after operation, hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with in-hospital surgery, thyroid day surgery does not increase postoperative complications and readmission rate, but can significantly reduce postoperative pain score, hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses, and improve patient satisfaction.
