抑郁症和肥胖症是当今世界最常见的两大疾病,都具有较高的发病率和死亡率,都会对患者的身体和情感产生影响。诸多研究显示,抑郁症与肥胖之间有着双向的关系,且肥胖者患情绪失调和焦虑疾病的比例比正常体重人群高25%以上。肥胖者体内炎症水平上升,通过神经免疫调节机制又会进一步加重抑郁。抑郁症患者下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴功能亢进,分泌过多糖皮质激素,会促进肥胖,而且肥胖者对糖皮质激素的反应也较体重正常者更强;抑郁引起的疲劳感本身和心境低落都会导致运动量减少,容易形成肥胖。基于此,本文主要综述抑郁症和肥胖症的共同作用机制以及共同的生物标记物,以期为临床早期干预上述疾病提供理论依据。
Abstract:
Depression and obesity are the two most common diseases in the world today, which can cause high morbidity and mortality, and have an impact on the body and emotion of patients. Many studies have shown that there is a two-way relationship between depression and obesity, and the proportion of obese people with mood disorders and anxiety disorders is more than 25% higher than that of normal weight people. The level of inflammation in obese patients increased, and depression was further aggravated through the neuroimmunomodulation mechanism. Hyperfunction of hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis and secretion of glucocorticoids in patients with depression can promote obesity, and the response of obesity to glucocorticoids is stronger than that of normal weight. Depression caused by fatigue itself and depressed mood will lead to reduced exercise, easy to form obesity. Based on this, this paper mainly reviews the common mechanism and common biomarkers of depression and obesity, in order to provide a theoretical basis for early clinical intervention of the above diseases.
