摘要:
目的 分析高频超声联合多层螺旋CT在甲状腺癌诊断中的价值。方法 选取我院在2019年1月-2021年1月所收治的80例甲状腺癌患者为研究对象,随机将患者分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者仅使用多层螺旋CT对患者进行诊断,而研究组则在对照组基础上使用高频超声对患者进行诊断。比较两种方式病灶检测指标(病灶纵横比>1、微钙化以及边缘不规则)、甲状腺病灶检出率以及转移淋巴结检出情况。结果 研究组病灶检测纵横比>1、微钙化以及边缘不规则的检出率、甲状腺病灶检出率以及淋巴结转移检出率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 联合使用高频超声以及多层螺旋CT可以提高甲状腺癌患者病灶检测纵横比>1、微钙化以及边缘不规则的检出率,甲状腺病灶检出率以及转移淋巴结的检出率,有助于甲状腺癌患者早期诊断与治疗。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the value of high frequency ultrasound combined with multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of thyroid cancer.Methods A total of 80 patients with thyroid cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were only diagnosed by multi-slice spiral CT, while patients in the study group were diagnosed by high-frequency ultrasound on the basis of the control group. The lesion detection index (aspect ratio>1, microcalcification and irregular margin), thyroid lesion detection rate and lymph node metastasis were compared between the two methods.Results The detection rate of vertical to horizontal ratio>1, microcalcification and irregular edge, the detection rate of thyroid lesions and the detection results of metastatic lymph nodes in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Combined use of high frequency ultrasound and multi-slice spiral CT can improve the detection rate of thyroid cancer patients with aspect ratio > 1, microcalcification and irregular edge, the detection rate of thyroid lesions and the detection rate of metastatic lymph nodes, which is helpful for early diagnosis and treatment of thyroid cancer patients.
