摘要:
糖尿病是临床高发慢性疾病,尤其随着我国老龄化进程不断较快,使其发生率呈逐年上升趋势。糖尿病病程较长,而长时间血糖升高可能引发多脏器和组织功能障碍,增加并发症发生风险。因此,对于糖尿病患者,在积极控制血糖的同时,给予针对性治疗,预防并发症发生是临床治疗糖尿病的关键,也是改善患者预后的重点。他汀类药物是一种降脂药物,在调脂的同时,还可抑制炎症反应、保护血管内皮细胞功能、发挥抗氧化应激损伤的作用,对糖尿病的治疗具有积极的影响。本文就他汀类药物对糖尿病心血管病变、微血管病变以及血糖机制的作用及影响作一综述,以期为临床糖尿病治疗提供更优的治疗方案奠定基础。
Abstract:
Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease with high clinical incidence, especially with the rapid aging process in China, its incidence is increasing year by year. The duration of diabetes is longer, and long-term elevated blood glucose may cause multiple organ and tissue dysfunction, increasing the risk of complications. Therefore, for diabetic patients, while actively controlling blood glucose, giving targeted treatment and preventing complications is the key to clinical treatment of diabetes and the focus of improving the prognosis of patients. Statins are lipid-lowering drugs, which can regulate blood lipids, inhibit inflammatory reactions, protect vascular endothelial cell function, and exert anti-oxidative stress damage. Meanwhile, statins have a positive effect on the treatment of diabetes. This article reviews the effects and effects of statins on diabetic cardiovascular disease, microvascular disease and blood glucose mechanism, in order to provide a better treatment plan for clinical diabetes treatment.
