摘要:
结核病(TB)是人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者中常见的主要机会性感染和死亡的主要原因之一。HIV感染改变了结核分枝杆菌的感染过程,大大增加了活动性结核病的风险。艾滋病与结核病双重感染(HIV/TB)其发病机制复杂,近年来炎性因子在HIV/TB双重感染发生与发展过程中的作用引起了国内外学者的高度重视。白细胞介素-10(IL-10)是一种重要的抗炎因子,在HIV/TB双重感染的发生发展中发挥着重要的作用。研究认为,IL-10 主要是通过抑制凋亡、损伤性炎性因子的分泌等在HIV/TB双重感染中发挥着重要的作用。为此,本文主要对IL-10的生物学活性、IL-10在HIV、TB及HIV/TB双重感染中的变化及阻断IL-10受体后机体免疫状态变化等进行综述,以期为HIV/TB双重感染的治疗提供理论基础。
Abstract:
Tuberculosis (TB) is one of the main causes of opportunistic infection and death among people infected with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). HIV infection changes the infection process of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and greatly increases the risk of active tuberculosis. The pathogenesis of HIV and TB co-infection (HIV/TB) is complex. In recent years, the role of inflammatory factors in the occurrence and development of HIV/TB has attracted great attention of scholars at home and abroad. Interleukin-10 (IL-10) is an important anti-inflammatory factor, which plays an important role in the occurrence and development of HIV/TB. Studies suggest that IL-10 plays an important role in HIV/TB co-infection mainly by inhibiting apoptosis and the secretion of inflammatory factors. Therefore, this paper mainly reviews the biological activity of IL-10, the changes of IL-10 in HIV, TB and HIV/TB double infection, and the changes of immune status after blocking IL-10 receptor, in order to understand its exact mechanism and provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of HIV/TB co-infection.
