摘要:
目的 研究人性化护理在艾滋病患者护理工作中的应用效果。方法 选取2016年4月~2017年4月在我院治疗的68例艾滋病患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组34例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上实施人性化护理，对比两组患者服药依从性、临床症状积分、卡洛夫斯基积分、CD4水平和护理满意度。结果 观察组服药依从性、卡洛夫斯基积分、CD4水平、护理满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者临床症状积分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在艾滋病患者临床护理中开展人性化护理，可充分体现以患者为中心的护理理念，提高患者服药依从性，有效改善病情，提高临床治疗效果，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of humanized nursing in the nursing of AIDS patients.Methods From April 2016 to April 2017,68 AIDS patients treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 34 cases in each group.Routine nursing was used in the control group.The observation group was given humanized nursing care based on the control group.The compliance of medication,clinical symptom score,Karovski's score,CD4 level and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The medication compliance,Karovski's score,CD4 level and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the clinical symptom scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The development of humanized nursing in clinical nursing of AIDS patients can fully reflect the concept of patient-centered nursing,improve compliance of patients,effectively improve the condition and improve the clinical effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
