目的 了解2012~2015年新乡市新报告的HIV-1感染者新发感染情况。为新乡市开展有针对性的艾滋病预防干预工作提供依据。方法 通过《艾滋病综合防治数据信息管理系统》对新乡市2012 年1 月1 日~2015 年6 月30 日新报告的 HIV-1感染者进行筛选信息整理并进行BED HIV IgG捕获酶免疫法（BED-CEIA）检测其中新发感染情况。结果 共筛选到441 例符合条件的HIV-1感染者。其中118例被判定为BED阳性，新发感染比例为26.76%，2012年上半年、2012年下半年、20
Abstract:
Objective To understand the new infections of HIV-1 infected persons in Xinxiang City from 2012 to 2015, and to provide evidence for targeted HIV prevention interventions in Xinxiang City.Methods Through "the AIDS Integrated Prevention Data Information Management System", screening information on HIV-1 infected persons newly reported in Xinxiang City from January 1, 2012 to June 30, 2015 was carried out and BED HIV IgG capture enzyme immunoassay (BED -CEIA) detects new infections.Results A total of 441 eligible HIV-1 infected persons were screened, of which 118 were judged to be BED positive, and the proportion of new infections was 26.76%. In the first half of 2012, the second half of 2012, the first half of 2013, and the next in 2013 the proportion of new infections in the first half of the year, the first half of 2014, the second half of 2014 and the first half of 2015 were 17.54%, 34.33%, 28.57%, 42.65%, 20.97%, 18.52%, and 19.64%, respectively. Among them, the new infection rate is 20 to 59 years old.Conclusion The number of HIV-1 infected persons in Xinxiang City increased from 2012 to 2015, and the proportion of new HIV infections among young and middle-aged active people was higher.
