摘要:
目的 研究舒适护理联合预见性心理干预对择期剖宫产产妇术前焦虑及术后康复的影响。方法 以2019年12月-2021年12月永修县中医院行择期剖宫产的65例产妇为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（32例）与观察组（33例）。对照组给予常规护理联合常规心理干预，观察组应用舒适护理联合预见性心理干预，比较两组产妇术前焦虑、抑郁情况[焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）]、术后恢复时间（术后排气时间、排便时间、下床活动时间、住院时间）、术后舒适度[Kolcaba舒适状况量表（GCQ）]、术后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）评分、爱丁堡产后抑郁量表（EPDS）评分。结果 术前1 h两组SAS、SDS评分均低于入院时，且观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组术后排气时间、排便时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组GCQ评分（精神、生理、心理、环境和社会文化）高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组术后PSQI、EPDS评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 舒适护理联合预见性心理干预可有效减轻择期剖宫产产妇的术前焦虑程度，促进其术后康复，同时提高其术后舒适度，改善其睡眠质量及产后抑郁情况。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of comfort nursing combined with predictive psychological intervention on preoperative anxiety and postoperative rehabilitation of parturients undergoing elective cesarean section.Methods From December 2019 to December 2021, 65 parturients undergoing elective cesarean section in Yongxiu County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group (32 cases) and observation group (33 cases) by random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing combined with routine psychological intervention, and the observation group was given comfort nursing combined with predictive psychological intervention. The preoperative anxiety and depression [Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS)], postoperative recovery time (postoperative exhaust time, defecation time, ambulation time, hospitalization time), postoperative comfort [Kolcaba General Comfort Questionnaire (GCQ)], postoperative Pittsburgh sleepquality index (PSQI) score, Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) score were compared between the two groups.Results The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups at 1 h before operation were lower than those at admission, and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The postoperative exhaust time, defecation time, ambulation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The GCQ score (spirit, physiology, psychology, environment and social culture) of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The scores of PSQI and EPDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing combined with predictive psychological intervention can effectively reduce the preoperative anxiety of parturients undergoing elective cesarean section, promote their postoperative rehabilitation, improve their postoperative comfort, improve their sleep quality and postpartum depression.
