摘要:
目的 研究空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化白蛋白(GA)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)在糖尿病诊断中的价值。方法 将2021年5月-2022年5月天津市蓟州区人民医院收治的52例糖尿病患者设为糖尿病组,另取同期50名体检健康者设为健康组,比较两组FPG、GA、HbA1c水平,分析FPG、GA、HbA1c在糖尿病诊断中的价值。结果 糖尿病组FPG、GA、HbA1c水平高于健康组(P<0.05);GA、HbA1c单独检测糖尿病的检出率高于FPG,漏诊率低于FPG(P<0.05);GA与HbA1c单独检测糖尿病的检出率、漏诊率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),三者联合检测糖尿病的检出率高于单独检测,漏诊率低于单独检测(P<0.05);GA、HbA1c单独诊断糖尿病的灵敏度与特异度高于FPG(P<0.05),三者联合诊断糖尿病的灵敏度与特异度高于单独诊断(P<0.05)。结论 FPG、GA、HbA1c在糖尿病诊断中均具有较高的价值,其中GA、HbA1c的检验效果相当,均优于FPG,但三者联合检测效果更为理想。
Abstract:
Objective To study the value of fasting blood glucose (FPG), glycated albumin (GA) and glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) in the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 52 diabetes mellitus patients admitted to Tianjin Jizhou District People’s Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were set as the diabetes mellitus group, and 50 healthy people in the same period were set as the healthy group. The levels of FPG, GA and HbA1c were compared between the two groups, and the value of FPG, GA and HbAlc in the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus was analyzed.Results The levels of FPG, GA and HbA1c in the diabetic mellitus group were higher than those in the healthy group (P<0.05). The detection rate of diabetes mellitus by GA and HbA1c alone was higher than that by FPG, and the missed diagnosis mellitus rate was lower than that by FPG (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the detection rate and missed diagnosis rate of diabetes mellitus between GA and HbA1c alone (P>0.05). The detection rate of combined detection of diabetes mellitus was higher than that of single detection, and the missed diagnosis rate was lower than that of single detection (P<0.05). The sensitivity and specificity of GA and HbA1c in the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus were higher than those of FPG (P<0.05). The sensitivity and specificity of the combined diagnosis of diabetes mellitus were higher than those of the single diagnosis (P<0.05).Conclusion FPG, GA and HbA1c have high value in the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus. The test results of GA and HbA1c are comparable and better than FPG, but the combined detection of the three is more ideal.
