摘要:
目的 对国内电子健康素养研究进行系统性回顾，旨在全面揭示其研究现状、研究热点和研究趋势，为后续研究提供参考。方法 检索中国知网2011年1月1日-2022年12月17日收录的有关电子健康素养的文献，借助CiteSpace软件对发文量、研究机构、关键词共现、聚类等进行可视化分析。结果 共纳入文献133篇；2016年后年度发文量呈逐年递增趋势；发文超过4篇的机构共16所，发文量最高的是山东中医药大学（16篇）；排名前5的关键词有影响因素、老年人、大学生、健康素养和健康教育；关键词聚类分析共得到8个主要聚类，主要集中于学生、健康素养、高血压、量表、冠心病、健康信息等；共获得13个突现词，中青年、健康行为、卒中、健康促进、相关性依然保持较高的关注度。结论 电子健康素养的研究处于上升期，研究广度和深度不断提升，高校是电子健康素养研究的主阵地；影响因素、老年人、健康素养、互联网、学生、量表、社会支持、效度、回归分析是该领域的研究热点。电子健康素养的测量手段应多样化，研究对象应不断扩大，更多聚焦于农村老年人、孕妇、疾病患者等弱势群体，更多地关注健康行为、传染病预防、公众恐慌等热点。
Abstract:
Objective To systematically review the research on electronic health literacy in China, so as to fully reveal its research status, research hotspots and research trends, and provide reference for subsequent research.Methods The literature on electronic health literacy collected by China National Knowledge Infrastructure from January 1, 2011 to December 17, 2022 was searched, and CiteSpace software was used to visually analyze the number of publications, research institutions, keyword co-occurrence, and clustering.Results A total of 133 articles were included; after 2016, the number of annual publications showed an increasing trend year by year; there were 16 institutions that published more than 4 articles, and the highest number of articles was Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (16 articles). The top 5 keywords were influencing factors, the elderly, college students, health literacy and health education. A total of 8 main clusters were obtained by keyword cluster analysis, mainly focusing on students, health literacy, hypertension, scale, coronary heart disease, health information, etc. A total of 13 burst terms were obtained, and young and middle-aged, health behavior, stroke, health promotion, and relevance still maintain a high degree of attention.Conclusion The research on electronic health literacy is on the rise, and the breadth and depth of research are constantly improving. Colleges and universities are the main positions for electronic health literacy research. Influencing factors, the elderly, health literacy, the Internet, students, scale, social support, validity and regression analysis are the research hotspots in this field. The measurement methods of electronic health literacy should be diversified, and the research objects should be continuously expanded. More attention should be paid to vulnerable groups such as rural elderly, pregnant women and patients with diseases, and more attention should be paid to hot spots such as health behavior, infectious disease prevention and public panic.
