摘要:
目的 分析胆石症患者护理的相关文献，探讨其护理的研究现状、热点、趋势。方法 检索中国知网数据库（CNKI）2013年1月-2023年1月发表的胆石症患者护理相关文献，借助CiteSpace6.1R6软件绘制科学图谱，对发文量、作者、机构、关键词等进行可视化分析。结果 共纳入2943篇文献，2013-2019年发文量呈递增趋势，2019年后发文量有所下降；学者李燕、李颖发文较多；各机构、作者之间合作不够紧密；研究热点主要集中在围术期护理、术后并发症、优质护理、循证护理等方面；生活质量、术后康复、心理状态、疼痛护理等为该领域研究前沿。结论 胆石症患者相关护理较多集中于术后，对于术前、非手术患者的相关研究较少；各学者应加大该领域研究深度，三甲医院应加强彼此间的合作交流，以期提高胆石症患者护理质量；缓解患者术后疼痛、提升患者术后生活质量及应用信息化技术解决患者居家护理等问题仍需进一步研究。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the related literature of nursing care of patients with cholelithiasis, and to explore the research status, hotspots and trends of nursing care.Methods The literatures related to nursing care of patients with cholelithiasis published in CNKI from January 2013 to January 2023 were retrieved. The scientific map was drawn by CiteSpace6.1 R6 software, and the number of publications, authors, institutions, keywords, etc. were visually analyzed.Results A total of 2943 articles were included. The number of articles published from 2013 to 2019 showed an increasing trend, and the number of articles published after 2019 decreased. The scholars LI Yan and LI Ying wrote more articles; the cooperation between institutions and authors was not relatively close; the research hotspots mainly focused on perioperative nursing, postoperative complications, high-quality nursing, evidence-based nursing and so on. Quality of life, postoperative rehabilitation, psychological state and pain nursing were the research frontiers in this field.Conclusion The related nursing of patients with cholelithiasis is more concentrated after operation, and there are few related studies on preoperative and non-surgical patients. Scholars should increase the depth of research in this field, and tertiary hospitals should strengthen cooperation and exchanges with each other in order to improve the quality of care for patients with cholelithiasis; further research is needed to alleviate postoperative pain, improve postoperative quality of life, and apply information technology to solve problems such as home care for patients.
