摘要:
目的 研究互动健康教育联合细节护理对小儿肺炎患者肺功能恢复及家长满意度的影响。方法 选取2021年3月-2022年3月弋阳县人民医院收治的92例小儿肺炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(46例)与观察组(46例)。两组均给予常规基础护理,对照组在基础护理上应用互动健康教育,观察组在基础护理上开展互动健康教育联合细节护理。比较两组患儿依从性、症状消退时间(退热时间、止咳时间、肺部啰音消失时间)、肺功能[第1秒末用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、1秒率(FEV1/FVC)]、不良事件、家长满意度。结果 观察组患儿依从优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿退热时间、止咳时间、肺部啰音消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);两组护理后FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率小于对照组,家长满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 互动健康教育联合细节护理可提高肺炎患儿的临床依从性,加快其症状缓解,促进肺功能恢复,减少护理不良事件,提高家长满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of interactive health education combined with detailed nursing on pulmonary function recovery and parental satisfaction in children with pneumonia.Methods A total of 92 children with pneumonia admitted to Yiyang County People’s Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected and divided into control group (46 children) and observation group (46 children) according to random number table method. Both groups were given routine basic nursing. The control group was given interactive health education on the basis of basic nursing, and the observation group was given interactive health education combined with detailed nursing on the basis of basic nursing.The compliance, symptom regression time (fever time, cough time, lung rale disappearance time), lung function [forced expiratory volume at the end of the first second (FEV1), forced vital capacity (FVC), forced expiratory volume at the end of the first second/forced vital capacity (FEV1/FVC)], adverse events, and parental satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The antipyretic time, cough relieving time and lung rale disappearance time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). After nursing, FEV1, FVC and FEV1/FVC in the two groups were higher than those before nursing, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the parental satisfaction was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Interactive health education combined with detailed nursing can improve the clinical compliance of children with pneumonia, accelerate the relief of symptoms, promote the recovery of lung function, reduce nursing adverse events, and improve the parental satisfaction.
