摘要:
目的 观察熟地黄联合椎体成形术治疗帕金森病合并胸腰椎骨质疏松性压缩性骨折的临床效果。方法 选取2020年1月1日-2023年8月1日我院诊治的58例帕金森病合并胸腰椎骨质疏松性压缩性骨折为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=29)和观察组(n=29)。对照组单纯采用椎体成形术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合应用熟地黄,比较两组临床胸腰椎功能恢复优良率、帕金森病评定量表(UPDRS)评分、Oswestr功能障碍指数(ODI)评分、椎体前缘高度、疼痛评分(VAS)、帕金森病生活质量评分(PDQ-39)。结果 观察组胸腰椎功能恢复优良率为93.10%,高于对照组的82.76%(P<0.05);两组治疗后UPDRS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后ODI评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后椎体前缘高度均大于治疗前,且观察组大于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后VAS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后PDQ-39评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 熟地黄联合椎体成形术治疗帕金森病合并胸腰椎骨质疏松性压缩性骨折的效果确切,可促进胸腰椎功能恢复,减轻帕金森病症状,改善患者功能障碍,增大椎体前缘高度,降低患者疼痛程度,进而提高患者生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shudihuang combined with vertebroplasty in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease with thoracolumbar osteoporotic compression fractures.Methods From January 1, 2020 to Augest 1, 2023, 58 patients of Parkinson’s disease complicated with thoracolumbar osteoporotic compression fractures in our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group (n=29) and observation group (n=29) by random number table method. The control group was treated with vertebroplasty alone, and the observation group was combined with Shudihuang on the basis of the control group. The excellent and good rate of clinical thoracolumbar function recovery, Unified Parkinson’s disease rating scale (UPDRS) score, Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) score, anterior vertebral height, pain score (VAS), and Parkinson’s Disease Questionnaire (PDQ-39) were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of thoracolumbar function recovery in the observation group was 93.10%, which was higher than 82.76% in the control group (P<0.05). The UPDRS score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment, and that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The ODI score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment, and that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the anterior vertebral height of the two groups was higher than that before treatment, and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment, and that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the PDQ-39 score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment, and that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Shudihuang combined with vertebroplasty is effective in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease with thoracolumbar osteoporotic compression fractures, which can promote the recovery of thoracolumbar function, reduce the symptoms of Parkinson’s disease, improve the dysfunction of patients, increase the height of the anterior edge of the vertebral body, reduce the degree of pain of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients.
