摘要:
目的 分析中医针灸联合艾灸治疗肥胖症的临床效果。方法 选取2022年1月-2023年1月永丰县妇幼保健院诊治的80例肥胖症患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各组40例。对照组采用中医针灸治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合应用艾灸治疗，比较两组临床效果、体重、体脂率（PBF）、身体质量指数（BMI）、腰围、代谢率、APACHEⅡ评分以及不良反应发生率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%，高于对照组的82.50%（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后体重、PBF、BMI小于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后腰围小于对照组，代谢率大于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后APACHEⅡ评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 中医针灸联合艾灸治疗肥胖症的临床效果确切，可减轻体重，降低体脂率，提高机体代谢率，改善病情，且不增加不良反应，是一种可行、有效的治疗方案。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion combined with moxa-wool moxibustion in the treatment of obesity.Methods A total of 80 patients with obesity diagnosed and treated in Yongfeng County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion, and the observation group was treated with moxa-wool moxibustion on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects, body weight, body fat rate (PBF), body mass index (BMI), waist circumference, metabolic rate, APACHEⅡ score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%, which was higher than 82.50% in the control group (P<0.05). The body weight, PBF and BMI of the observation group after treatment were smaller than those of the control group(P<0.05). The waist circumference of the observation group after treatment was smaller than that of the control group, and the metabolic rate was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The APACHEⅡ score of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group (P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion combined with moxa-wool moxibustion in the treatment of obesity is definite, which can reduce body weight, reduce body fat rate, improve body metabolic rate, improve the condition, and does not increase adverse reactions. It is a feasible and effective treatment plan.
